We bring the Xtremeball experience directly to you! Our modest distance fees apply to cover fuel and transport logistics for locations outside our immediate service area. This ensures our team can handle the full setup, safety check, and teardown at your venue. You choose the date and we will bring the fun to you!

🛡️ Xtreme Ball Booking & Rental Policy
To officially reserve your Xtreme Ball arena date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the event start time.
🌦️ Weather & Outdoor Events
Safety is our #1 priority. Xtreme Ball cannot be operated in heavy rain, lightning, or winds exceeding 15 mph.
• Rescheduling: If the forecast predicts unsafe conditions, you may reschedule your event at no extra cost (subject to availability).
• Cancellations: If a rain-check date cannot be found, your deposit will be held as a credit for 365 days.
🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans change, but our gear is in high demand.
• 14+ Days Notice: Full refund of the balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• 7–13 Days Notice: 50% of the total booking fee is forfeited.
• Less than 7 Days: No refunds will be issued.
🏟️ Venue Requirements
The "Arena" must be a flat, debris-free surface (grass, turf, or gym hardwood).
• Space: Minimum area of [50' x 30'] required for Small,
[60' x 30'] required for Medium, [40' x 70'] required for Large .
• Power: Access to a standard 120V outlet within 50 feet is required for inflation. If no power is available, a generator rental fee of $50 will apply.
